- Your property will be marketed on our website and all other effective websites, via our to-let boards, posters and flyers in appropriate locations, university advertising as well as the local press. We are always coming up with new marketing strategies.
- Harcar take the care of your property very seriously. All tenants are thoroughly referenced and we carry out regular property inspections. Security deposits are also taken on your behalf and we ask all tenants to take out a special tenant insurance which covers accidental damage to your property.

- Any furnishing or decorating can be arranged on your behalf, to make renting out your property truly stress free.
- We handle all repairs and will notify you accordingly. You can rest assured that we will get at least two quotes per job*
